The Government of Delhi, officially known as the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCTD), is responsible for the governance of Delhi, the capital of India. The GNCTD is a comprehensive and web-enabled service portal through which citizens can access various services provided by the government.
The GNCTD is located at 3rd Level Delhi Secretariat, IP Estate, New Delhi-110002 India. The office timing is from 0900 AM to 0500 PM.
Delhi is situated in the northern part of India and is surrounded by Haryana on all sides except the east where it borders with Uttar Pradesh.
